Terms & Conditions

​By booking a cleaning service with Prime Shine Cleaning Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("client" or "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and/or commercial cleaning based on the package and frequency selected by the client. All services will be completed to a professional standard.

​

2. Appointments and Access

You must provide clear access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the premises, a cancellation fee may apply.

​

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [Zille, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.]. Late payments may incur a fee.

 

5. Liability

We are insured and take care while cleaning. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not secured prior to cleaning.

6. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if there are hazardous conditions (e.g., pest infestations, mold, bodily fluids). The safety of our team is a top priority.

7. Privacy

Client data is collected for service purposes only and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
